“We had our bathroom completely renovated by Goldswan Bathrooms and from the very first meeting, we knew they were the right company for us. Darren took the time to sit down with my grandparents and explain everything clearly, which immediately put us at ease. We were then invited to the showroom where Abbie was incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the choices as we transformed a 50-year-old bathroom into a modern, accessible space. What impressed us most was how cleverly Abbie designed everything — despite the bathroom being fully accessible, you would never be able to tell just by looking at it. It looks stylish, modern, and beautifully finished while still being practical for my grandparents’ needs. When it came to the installation, Cal and Jack worked absolute miracles. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished bathroom truly is the bathroom of our dreams. We will forever be thankful to the whole team at Goldswan Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Goldswan ripped out our old bathroom to replace it with a super new wet room. We are very happy with their work. They worked so hard, dealt admirably with wonky floors & walls, had creative ideas to share to make the room as accessible & safe as possible whilst never losing sight of the need to provide a quality unfussy result. Abbie spent gruelling hours researching and liaising with us about choices of products and was always cheerful & helpful on our return visits to the Arnold showroom. (Please note- getting products in black can be difficult and pricey!) Darren & team were equally prepared to come back promptly & with good grace quite a few times after the room was finished to tweak things which weren’t 100% right. They might not always be the cheapest option but they certainly provide a high quality service & result and we are more than happy to recommend them.”

“From start to finish Goldswan Bathrooms have been top notch. On my initial visit to the showroom I saw a radiator and tiles that I loved and the design came from that. Abbie and Darren were absolutely fantastic, guiding me and making suggestions on what would work in my small bathroom. Darren came and completed the survey and to get the look I wanted, I decided to change the bathroom window as I didnt want to move the loo. The work was completed whilst I was on holiday. The quality is great and I am so pleased with it, it's just how I imagined it would be but better!! It also feels bigger too. Thanks too to the guys that worked with Darren on the bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending Goldswan you won't be disappointed.”
