Bathroom Fitters in Beeston
West of the city, terraces and family homes
Beeston sits on the west side of Nottingham, and its housing runs from Victorian and Edwardian terraces near the centre out to interwar semis and newer family homes. The showroom is in Arnold, the other side of the city, which is a straightforward run across.
Working in Beeston
The older terraces rarely had a bathroom when they were built. One was usually added later, into a back bedroom or a rear extension, which is why so many of them are long, narrow and short of the one thing they need most, which is somewhere sensible to put a shower. Solid walls and waste runs that were routed around whatever was in the way are the two things worth finding before anyone quotes.
The semis are a different job. A separate bathroom and WC side by side is common, and knocking the two together usually buys enough room for a proper walk-in shower without extending anything. Whether that works depends on where the soil stack is, so it is a question to answer with a tape measure rather than over the phone.
“Abbie is a product genius, guiding you through the minefield of many catalogues, providing options and suggestions of what would work. Darren and his team arrived on schedule, stumbling blocks during the build were overcome and our additional requests were met.”
