Cloakrooms and WCs
A downstairs WC is the room visitors are most likely to use and the one most likely to have been left alone since the house was built. It is also the quickest and cheapest room in the house to transform properly.

In practice
Because the space is small, you can afford finishes that would be expensive across a full bathroom. A stone top, a good tap, a proper tile. The whole room takes a fraction of the material a family bathroom does, so the money goes further and shows more.
Awkward spaces under stairs are the usual challenge, and they are almost always solvable with the right pan and basin. Ventilation and a sensible waste run are the parts that need thinking about, not the ones people worry about.
“From start to finish Goldswan Bathrooms have been top notch. On my initial visit to the showroom I saw a radiator and tiles that I loved and the design came from that. Abbie and Darren were absolutely fantastic, guiding me and making suggestions on what would work in my small bathroom. Darren came and completed the survey and to get the look I wanted, I decided to change the bathroom window as I didnt want to move the loo. The work was completed whilst I was on holiday. The quality is great and I am so pleased with it, it's just how I imagined it would be but better!! It also feels bigger too.
Thanks too to the guys that worked with Darren on the bathroom.
I have no hesitation in recommending Goldswan you won't be disappointed.”

How long does a bathroom take to fit?
Most full bathrooms take around one to three weeks on site, depending on the scope of the work. You'll get a clear timeline alongside your written quote.
Do you supply the bathroom as well as install it?
Yes, and that's how we prefer to work. We design, supply and install with our own team, so nobody is chasing trades around their own house. If you already have a fitter, we're happy to supply the bathroom on its own.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a 2 year guarantee. If something goes wrong in that time, we come back out and put it right.
