Our services

Everything your bathroom needs, under one roof

Design, supply and installation handled by a single team, so the standard never slips between trades.

Supply and Fit

Our main service. We supply everything and fit everything, so you are not the one chasing a plumber, a tiler and an electrician around your own house. One team, one point of contact, one company answerable for the result.

  • Full supply of suite, tiles, brassware and furniture
  • Plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering and flooring in house
  • One project manager and one point of contact
  • 2 year installation guarantee

Supply Only

If you already have a fitter you trust, you can still buy the bathroom through us. You get the showroom, the design help and our trade accounts, and your own fitter puts it in.

  • Access to the full showroom and our brand range
  • Product selection and a written specification
  • Trade pricing on suites, tiles and brassware
  • Ordering, delivery and lead-time management

Bathroom Design

Every project starts at the drawing board. We measure up, work out what the space will actually take, and produce CAD images so you can see the room before you commit to it. A draft product list comes with it, so you can plan around a budget rather than guess at one.

  • Showroom or at-home consultation
  • Full measure-up and survey
  • CAD images of the finished room
  • Draft product list priced for budgeting

Rooms we renovate

Every room is different. These are the jobs we take on most often.

Family Bathrooms

The main bathroom works harder than any other room in the house. It has to suit a five year old and a fifty year old, survive a decade of daily use, and still look like somewhere you want to spend twenty minutes on a Sunday morning.

  • Bath and shower layouts that work for all ages
  • Hard-wearing flooring and wall finishes
  • Storage planned into the design
  • Thermostatic controls and safe water temperatures

En-suites

A small footprint is a design problem, not a limitation. We plan en-suites so a tight space still feels like a private retreat off the bedroom, with the right fittings, storage that disappears into the walls and lighting that lifts the whole room.

  • Space planning for compact rooms
  • Concealed cisterns and wall-hung fittings
  • Layered lighting design
  • Properly specified extraction

Small Bathrooms

Small rooms are the ones customers most often think cannot be improved. They usually can. Half the problem is a layout inherited from whoever fitted it in 1994, and the other half is fittings sized for a room twice as big.

  • Millimetre-accurate survey and CAD layout
  • Wall-hung and short-projection fittings
  • Large-format tiling to reduce grout lines
  • Storage built into the design

Cloakrooms and WCs

A downstairs WC is the room visitors are most likely to use and the one most likely to have been left alone since the house was built. It is also the quickest and cheapest room in the house to transform properly.

  • Under-stairs and awkward-shape layouts
  • Compact and corner sanitaryware
  • Feature tiling and stone tops
  • Waste and soil pipe routing sorted properly

Wet Rooms

An open, level-access wet room is one of the most elegant ways to use a bathroom, and one of the least forgiving to build. Tanking and falls have to be exactly right. We have done enough of them to make the waterproofing invisible and the finish flawless.

  • Full tanking and waterproofing
  • Level-access design and correct drainage falls
  • Large-format tiling and glass screens
  • Underfloor heating options

Accessible and Mobility Bathrooms

Bathrooms that adapt to how someone actually moves, planned so the room still looks like part of the house. Level access, grab rails that are not an afterthought, seating, and taps that work for hands that do not grip like they used to.

  • Level-access showering and wet rooms
  • Grab rails and shower seating in matching finishes
  • Slip-resistant flooring
  • Easy-reach and lever-action brassware
