How we work
Our main service. We supply everything and fit everything, so you are not the one chasing a plumber, a tiler and an electrician around your own house. One team, one point of contact, one company answerable for the result.
If you already have a fitter you trust, you can still buy the bathroom through us. You get the showroom, the design help and our trade accounts, and your own fitter puts it in.
Every project starts at the drawing board. We measure up, work out what the space will actually take, and produce CAD images so you can see the room before you commit to it. A draft product list comes with it, so you can plan around a budget rather than guess at one.
Rooms we renovate
The main bathroom works harder than any other room in the house. It has to suit a five year old and a fifty year old, survive a decade of daily use, and still look like somewhere you want to spend twenty minutes on a Sunday morning.
A small footprint is a design problem, not a limitation. We plan en-suites so a tight space still feels like a private retreat off the bedroom, with the right fittings, storage that disappears into the walls and lighting that lifts the whole room.
Small rooms are the ones customers most often think cannot be improved. They usually can. Half the problem is a layout inherited from whoever fitted it in 1994, and the other half is fittings sized for a room twice as big.
A downstairs WC is the room visitors are most likely to use and the one most likely to have been left alone since the house was built. It is also the quickest and cheapest room in the house to transform properly.
An open, level-access wet room is one of the most elegant ways to use a bathroom, and one of the least forgiving to build. Tanking and falls have to be exactly right. We have done enough of them to make the waterproofing invisible and the finish flawless.
Bathrooms that adapt to how someone actually moves, planned so the room still looks like part of the house. Level access, grab rails that are not an afterthought, seating, and taps that work for hands that do not grip like they used to.
