A dated blue bathroom in Nottingham, stripped back and refitted as a wet room. The bath has gone for a level shower behind a glass screen, with a green leaf tile on the back wall and chrome grab rails.

Before we started, the room had a blue bath with a curtain over it, a blue pedestal basin and a blue WC, with pale blue tile on every wall, dark blue tile underfoot and strip lights in a grid ceiling. All of it came out, ceiling included.
The floor is now one large grey stone effect tile from the door to the back wall, with no tray to step over. The shower end is screened with hinged glass and backed by a full wall of green leaf tile. A rain head sits overhead, a handset runs on a rail on the side wall, and a single round control is set into the tile. A niche in the side wall is lined with the same leaf pattern.
Chrome grab rails run along the walls inside the shower and on the wall facing the WC. The rest of the room is a pale large-format tile, with a white towel radiator by the WC. Under the window, a run of fitted units hides the cistern for a back to wall WC and carries a semi-recessed basin with a chrome mixer. Villeroy & Boch, Keuco, Flova, Calypso and Kudos were used on this job.
