A Grey Stone and Black Bathroom in Nottingham

Before we started, the room had a quadrant shower under a curved bulkhead, a pedestal basin, a panelled bath beneath the window and a wall of painted built-in cupboards, with white tile, a mosaic border and a dark grey floor. It was cleared back to the walls.

The walls and floor are now one grey stone effect tile, laid in large rectangles across most of the room and in a herringbone pattern on the basin wall. An oval freestanding bath sits in front of a long recessed shelf, with a matt black floor standing filler beside it.

The walk-in shower has a low white tray with a linear drain and a single glass panel with a matt black edge and support bar. Inside there is a matt black rain head, a handset and a concealed control, with a tiled niche in the back wall. Along another wall, two semi-recessed basins sit on pale shaker style units with matt black taps, each under its own mirror cabinet.
