Villeroy & Boch
German ceramics with a very long pedigree
One of the oldest names in ceramics and still one of the best. The glazes are hard-wearing, the tolerances are tight, and the ranges are deep enough that you can fit a whole room from one family without it looking like a catalogue page.
We use Villeroy & Boch on projects where the sanitaryware needs to carry the room rather than sit quietly in it. Worth seeing in person, because photographs flatten the difference between a good ceramic and an ordinary one.
